At Wireless Mobiles LLC, we strive to ensure that every customer receives genuine, high-quality products. Due to the nature of wholesale transactions and the electronics industry, we have established the following return policy:
Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 3 calendar days of shipping your order.
- Only items that are unopened, unused, and in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.
- Products that show signs of use, installation, tampering, or damage will not be accepted.
- All returns must be pre-authorized by our team. Unauthorized returns will be refused and not refunded.
Refunds & Restocking Fees
- All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the current market conditions.
- Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Defective or Damaged Items
- If you receive a defective, DOA (dead-on-arrival), or physically damaged item, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- You may be required to submit photo or video evidence before a return or exchange is authorized.
- We will either replace the item or issue a refund, at our discretion, once the issue is verified.
International Orders
- International buyers are responsible for return shipping and all associated customs fees.
