Below is our standardized grading scale used to classify the physical and functional condition of our electronic devices and accessories. All products sold are 100% authentic and tested. Please refer to the guide below to understand what to expect based on the product grade.
Grade A+ (Excellent Condition)
- No visible signs of wear or handling
- 100% fully functional
- Battery health is above 85%
Grade A (Great Condition)
- Lightly handled, may show very minimal micro-scratches
- No dents, cracks, or deep marks
- Very minor blemishes visible under light
- Fully tested and 100% functional
- Battery health is above 80%
Grade B (Good Condition)
- Moderate wear such as light scratches or minor scuffs
- Housing and screen may show signs of previous use
- No major cracks or deep cosmetic flaws
- 100% functional
- Battery health varies.
